MT5 FCA Index Product Naming Update Effective 27 April 2026

NOTIFICATIONS

Please be advised that to further enhance the trading experience and improve the consistency and clarity of product naming, we will be making a naming optimization to the index products on the MT5 FCA server.

• Product Category: Indices
• Effective Date: 27 April
• Account : TradingView
• Server: MT5 FCA
• Optimization Details: Index product names will be changed from names with the “.p” suffix to names without any suffix

Please note that the display names of existing index positions held by clients will be updated automatically on the platform from 27 April 2026.

This update only involves a change in product display names. Save for the update to product display names, positions opened prior to 27 April 2026 will not be affected. There will be no change to the underlying instruments, contract specifications, pricing, or trading conditions. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the updated product names on the platform following this change.
