Upcoming System Maintenance

NOTIFICATIONS

As part of our commitment to providing the best reliability and service to our customers, we are planning an infrastructure enhancement in our TY3 and NY4 data centers during the weekend of April 18th, 2020. 
 
As a result, we will be conducting maintenance according to the schedule below.

TY3:

Start date and time: 2020-04-18 01:00 EDT
End date and time: 2020-04-18 22:00 EDT

NY4:

Start date and time: 2020-04-18 01:00 EDT
End date and time: 2020-04-18 03:00 EDT

The impact of this change will be limited to your systems and/or backup systems hosted in our TY3 and NY4 data centers. Access to your MT4/MT5 server service and/or oneZero Hub service may be unavailable during this time frame. 
 
No action is required by our customers. Your services will come back online at the end of the maintenance.
