Scheduled Maintenance Notification

NOTIFICATIONS

As part of our commitment to providing the best reliability and service to our customers, we are planning a separate maintenance in our LD4 data center on May 16th, 2020. 
 
As a result, we will be conducting maintenance according to the schedule below.

Start date and time: 2020-05-16 05:00 EDT

End date and time: 2020-05-16 13:00 EDT

The impact of this change will be limited to one of your MT4 Data center server services or MT5 Access Server services in LD4. We expect minimal network disruption to the end MT4/MT5 users during this period. Some end users might be re-routed automatically to another DC/AS momentarily. 

 
No action is required by our customers. Your MT4 DC services or MT5 Access Server services will come back online at the end of the maintenance.
