Novartis AG-Sponsored ADR (NVS) set to ‘Close only’ on 19 September 2023

NOTIFICATIONS

Following the spin-off of Novartis AG-Sponsored ADR (NVS) from Sandoz Group AG, all NVS positions will be restricted to ‘Close only’ effective 19 September 2023, until further notice.

As part of this spin-off, for every 5 Novartis AG-Sponsored ADR held, shareholders will receive 1 Sandoz Group AG share. However, please note that Vantage currently does not offer Sandoz Group AG for trading and as a result, we will not be able to facilitate this distribution.

It is advisable to close your open NVS positions before 22 September 2023. In the event that positions are not closed by the ex-date, all open NVS positions will be automatically closed at the closing price on 21 September 2023.
