Please be advised that due to the voluntary delisting, CHINA PETROLEUM & CHEM-ADR (SNP) will be delisted.

This will take place as per the following schedule:

  • Ex-Date: 9 September 2022

Due to this corporate action event, only the closing of current CHINA PETROLEUM & CHEM-ADR (SNP) positions will be made available.

What happened to CHINA PETROLEUM & CHEM-ADR?

CHINA PETROLEUM & CHEM-ADR (SNP) will apply for the voluntary delisting of its American depositary shares (“ADSs”) from the NYSE. The delisting of the ADSs from the NYSE is expected to become effective in mid-September.
