Closing Position Only: Kellogg Co (K)

NOTIFICATIONS

Following the planned separation of Kellogg Company (NYSE: K) into two independent, publicly traded companies, Kellanova and WK Kellogg Co, all positions of Kellogg Company from 15 September 2023 will be restricted to ‘Close only’ until further notice.

Kellogg Company (NYSE: K) has announced that the planned separation is set to conclude on 2 October 2023. As part of this separation, Kellogg Company shareholders as of 21 September 2023 will receive 1 share of WK Kellogg Co for every 4 shares of Kellogg Company owned. However, Vantage currently does not offer WK Kellogg Co for trading and will not be able to execute this distribution.
