Demerger of the Consumer Healthcare Business from GSK to form Haleon

NOTIFICATIONS

Please be advised that due to the demerger of the Consumer Healthcare business from GSK to form Haleon, only the closing of current GSK plc (GSK) positions will be made available.

This will take place as per the following schedule:

  • Ex-Date: 11 July 2022

During this corporate action event, no stock dividends will be paid out as Haleon plc is currently not listed. We will notify you if we reopen GSK for trading.

What happened to GSK plc?

On 23 June 2021 at its Investor Update, GSK plc (“GSK” or the “Company”) confirmed its intention to separate its Consumer Healthcare business from the GSK Group to form Haleon plc (“Haleon”), an independent listed company. It is proposed that the separation will be effected by way of a demerger (the “Demerger”) of at least 80% of GSK’s 68% holding in the Consumer Healthcare business to GSK shareholders.
